چکیده

In this paper, we study user grouping, precoding design, and power allocation for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) nonorthogonal multiple access (NOMA) systems. An optimization problem is formulated to the maximize sum rate under a transmit constraint at base station constraints on users, which are nonconvex combinatorial thus very challenging solve. To tackle problem, carry out in two steps. first step, exploiting machine learning technique, develop an efficient iterative algorithm grouping design. second power-allocation scheme closed form by recasting original into useful tractable convex form. The numerical results demonstrate that proposed joint scheme, including allocation, considerably outperforms existing schemes terms of maximization, increases sum-rate up 8–18%. addition, show larger number antennas or bigger performance gap, cost less computational complexity.

Power Allocation Strategies for MIMO Radar Waveform Design

The role of waveform design is central to effective radar resource management for state-of-the art radar systems. The waveform shape employed by any radar system has always been a key factor in determining the performance and application. The design of radar waveform to minimize mean square error (MSE) in estimating the target impulse response is based on power allocation using waterfilling. ...

Precoding Design and Power Allocation in Two-User MU-MIMO Wireless Ad Hoc Networks

In this paper, we consider the precoding design and power allocation problem for multi-user multiple-input multiple-output (MU-MIMO) wireless ad hoc networks. In the first timeslot, the source node (SN) transmits energy and information to a relay node (RN) simultaneously within the simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT) framework. Then, in the second timeslot, based on the...

A Unified Linear Precoding Design for Multi-user MIMO Systems

We address the problem of the bit-error-rate (BER) performance gap between the sub-optimal and optimal linear precoder (LP) for a multi-user (MU) multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) broadcast systems in this paper. Particularly, mobile users suffer noise enhancement effect due to a sub-optimal LP that can be suppressed by an optimal LP matrix. A sub-optimal LP matrix such as a linear zero...

User Grouping Algorithm for MU-MIMO Systems

Recently standardized wireless systems have multiple Time-Slots in a radio frame, but existing MUMIMO schedulers are not utilizing multiple Time-Slots efficiently. In this paper we propose a sub-optimal user grouping algorithm utilizing multiple Time-Slots efficiently. The proposed algorithm disperses highly-correlated users in different Time-Slots to prevent severe degradation of spatial multi...

Power Allocation for Precoding in Large-Scale MIMO Systems with Per-Antenna Constraint

Large-scale MIMO systems have been considered as one of the possible candidates for the next-generation wireless communication technique, due to their potential to provide significant higher throughput than conventional wireless systems. For such systems, Zero-Forcing (ZF) and Conjugate Beamforming (CB) precoding have been considered as two possible practical spatial multiplexing techniques, an...
